We have 12 fully winterized year-round hookups

  • All hookups include water, sewer, electricity, and internet; both 50 and 30 amps available
  • We have both pull-through sites and backup sites
  • Prices include: 1- 6 months, 600.00/ a month, plus the renter pays the electric meter

During the Sturgis Rally in August, renters will be will NOT have to leave, and rent will NOT go up.

The monthly rent is based on a four-week schedule (28 days). If you stay less than 28 days, the price will be based on Summer Hookup pricing. If you pay with a credit card, there is a 3% service charge.

Summer Hook Up Sites

These are not year-round sites. They are closed during winter. These sites included: water, sewer, electricity (no meters) & internet. All sites are pull-through.

  • 4- 30 amp
  • 1 -50 amp

One Day Rentals

  • 40.00 cash or 40.00 + tax with a credit card for 50 amp
  • 35.00 cash or 35.00 + tax with a credit card for 30 amp

Multiple Day Rentals

  • 35.00 cash or 35.00 + tax with a credit card for 50 amp, a night
  • 30.00 cash or 30.00 + tax with credit card; for 30 amp, a night

Summer Monthly Rentals

(28 days; 4 weeks)

750.00 30 amp

850.00 50 amp
